Well, I was about to move it... ![]()
For those, like me, who wondered who the hell Nick Knight is... he shot the photo for Retro... and probably many others, let's say I didn't go too often beyond the "Saville & Associate" tag...

The Retro photo is the only one Nick Knight did for New Order. He is a well known fashion photographer who, in the last couple of years, did several record sleeves with Monsieur Saville (the Suede ones, for instance).

"last couple of years", talk about an understatement... "Coming up" is from 1996!
at the saville talk i was at he went into the nick knight connection a fair bit as someone there asked him a question about the fashion stuff he had done
Apparently I read somewhere before that Nick Knight is a close friend & associate of Peter...Nick has a website of artists which initially he intended it to be a collaboration with Peter ( especially with Peter's Waste Paintings collection )....but I think it didnt turn out that well as intended in the end, probably due to Peter's notorious 'productivity rate' in terms of completed works.
I guess this is what happens when you have a living 'genius' at work...the whole world will have to sit and wait for a masterpiece or two...( no need to rush, Mr. Saville... )
