Fucked if I'm making a 300 mile round trip to fetch that slab of scratchy old noise, let alone to be photographed with it.

What the fuck are you guys on about. It might be the most popular record NO made and maybe I don't play it much but its still genius!

I must admit that I could not listen to the song from approximately late 1985 until around a year ago (burn out!) but since then I have to say that I have listened to it on many occasions and have to say that it is BLOODY INCREDIBLE, especially when you consider when it was made, what it up against in the charts in those days and indeed how much it influenced what we hear on the radio these days (good AND bad!)

I would actually go as far to say that it is a MASTERPIECE, even if Sylvester should have been paid royalties.

Hang on, there's a bit of confusion here. Monkeyroids isn't the person who wants the photos, Monkeyroids wants your thoughts about Electronic for an article, and has stumbled into the wrong thread ! Almanso meant that the guy who wanted the pics of Blue Monday hadn't got an e-mail address, and Monkeyroids assumed Almanso was referring to her. I think.

In what context is Blue to be taken, are the 'photos to be taken on a Monday, shall I have a bath on Sunday and does it have to be 12 inches in your hand ? As for the original cover, is that needed ? Mine died an ignoble death, a misguided early experiment with those special mushrooms that are harvested for a short time each year resulted in projectile vomiting .In order to preserve me Mams fitted carpet, a makeshift bucket was needed and BM was playing on the stereogram ( early record player, for some reason permanently housed in a sideboard ) the cover was to hand... well How does it feel indeed ....

The open minds of the U.S. may soon be harder to meet,according to todays papers .I'm alright passport wise for a few more years as I've got a machine readable one, however when this runs out it's visa application time for every trip. That's a trip to London, big line-up and a seventy quid visa every trip , that would actualy be just 20 quid less than my last trip to N.Y. If you also factor in lost time at work for the trip to london and possible hotel ..... sorry ,bit of a rant Blue Monday ,the wedding dj's favourite , 'round here anyway
