Also a Face Up in New Orleans from the first leg. That was the tour that soured me as well on the live stuff. Of course I sat through several of the shows (calculated once that I saw 21 songs in 7 shows that year which was a good 2 nights when I'd followed them a couple of years earlier, and that includes the one off's of AoC, All day Long, Face up and As it is...). So other than those brief flare-ups they basically drew a 14 song set from a pool of 17 songs. Lazy, lazy, lazy...
It'd be one thing if they just didn't have them programmed in some new sequencers that they were using for the Technique songs or something (like some have said has happened to the Perfect kiss of late), but they were there as evidenced but their single shot airings as well as sub-culture from earlier that year and probably most everything they played in brazil. Oh well, that's also the tour where barney gave up guitar on BLT. I guess we're lucky they made to the stage at all, though, judging from how they looked when I was able to sit in the frontish rows.
Even my excitement about the newly surfaced soundboard from the first Irvine show is tempered by the fact that I remember being disappointed by All Day Long since Barney said they were going to play a song that they hadn't played for a "very, very long time" and my mind leapt to "Truth" since that's probably the oldest song with the Stephen on synth and both Gillian and Barney on guitar lineup. I guess a year and a half is a "very, very long time" when your sense of time is being altered on a nightly basis.
