How sad,my best mate (you know who you are) was in the beer tent at Reading 98 when Hooky walked in & put his empty bottle on the bar. My mate swiftly nicked it and still has it to this day, unwashed of course. Sad bastard!

I imagine thats quite rare...

Yeah, you are right. I see it quite often on Ebay....but it may be rare in 10 years time perhaps, cuz mine is disintegrating - the top surface ( label side ) of the CD is getting 'touch-sticky' probably from the incompatibility between the label ink and sleeve cardboard ( remember those scary 'melting' CDs in the 80's? ) :(

...well, at least I still have my Japanese CD of TBTHOG and its doing fine.;)

My TOP TEN are:

  1. First Edition CDs of 'Unknown Pleasures' & 'Closer' completed with car-carrying cards ( Can't seem to find similar item for 'Still' - does it exist with the car-carrying card? )
  2. JD 'BBC Sessions' LP vinyl 2001 edition ( cover sleeve pic of Ian face on TV )
  3. 'Brotherhood' metallic sleeve - both LP & CD ( Does metallic cover cassette version exist? )
  4. White Linen Box Cassettes of 'Lowlife', 'Brotherhood' & 'Substance'
  5. 6 different copies of 'Blue Monday 83' on vinyl ( including NZ version - black vinyl, not red...duh! )
  6. Palatine 4-CD boxset
  7. JD Fractured Box - still sealed
  8. Japanese VHS of 'PFD' with unique cover ( similar to their DVD )
  9. 'NewOrderStory' on Laserdisc ( no, I dont have a LD player...duh! )
  10. NO Oz 2002 gig poster signed by Hooky

getting back on topic, it's not the raresst, but as i've been after it since about 1987 will have to say that FAC150SP is my favourite rare item as I finally secured one yesterday for £14.99

nice.

find that the stuff I have isnt as good as the stuff I don't, gatefold substance, 10 diff eggs, true faith cdv, dat of technique etc not as exciting as getting this.
