is it just me, or do the post numbers change on all your messages when you post a new one? jus reading through some old threads & noticed that my number of posts was the same on all of them. going to go in & check now to see if they have got one higher. only ask as i thought that your first post would say 1, your 2nd 2 & so on & it would stay that way

No, it's your number of posts so far...
That makes it quite difficult to find back your very 1st one...
Yeah, the number is always your current one because it's a variable which refers to your total number of messages posted in the database, instead of being just TEXT. Personally, I don't like it, and I've had discussions with Nicolas about this but for a reason I can't remember, he didn't exactly share my views on that matter (one of the reasons being that he would have to program that part all over again).
