Alright Peter, the KW gigs are on Thursday 18th March and Saturday 20th. There's talk of light ale's being sunk on the Friday between them but basically you could pick any of the these 3 nights. There's a few out-of-towners coming to the smoke for the weekend, Shug, Hibster, Alex and co, etc so the Friday or Saturday would be best.

I'm hopeful of getting us a gig for that night. I'm always hopeful, the glass is always half full.

It won't happen of course, as Jim is away that weekend.

Well, I'll be at both Kraftwerk gigs, and to make the 3 days even more interesting, I'm also going to the 'secret' Hybrid live gig on the Friday - hopefully Mr Hook himself will be there too!

Nick ;)

Are Known Pleasures gonna be on the same bill? :eek3:

New Way Out West album though - I thought they'd gone their separate way? That's good news (as long as it's like the 1st album, and defo not the 2nd).

Good one Al. Nope, not with the bassist in a different country that weekend we're not ! A lot of rehearsing going on at the moment, and all everyone's patience will be rewarded eventually.

Yeah, it is a bit pricey, isn't it, however I haven't seen Hybrid live yet, and I'm loving "Morning Sci-Fi" more and more...

And, of course, hopefully the Hooky'll be there too?

l8rs,

Nick ;)

I know the Wellington, but am drinking in the Coalhole first then heading into the venue early.

You'd better be quick with your drinks - the band are taking the stage at 8pm each night!

Apologies for not making the Friday piss-up - decided to try and catch Hybrid live, although Mr Hook didn't turn up - they were still very good, though!

Also, apologies for not spending too long with you guys on Thursday and Saturday at the Kraftwerk gigs - although it was good to meet up (briefly) with Al & Shugs on Saturday - god, Brixton was packed that day! :)

Hope to have another chance of a meet-up in the not-too distant future, where I'll try and be a bit more sociable! :thumb:

One of the best weeks yet, I'd have said. From Manchester to the wee hours of Sunday morning has been pure class. Good to meet all the regular faces again, plus the re-order lads too, that Ceremony mpeg was superb (looking forward to Saturday).

Kraftwerk though, what a class act. Jaw-droppingly good.
