Question about Bizarre Love Triangle....need help — Forum Archive

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here. Saw this website and thought it was cool. Very informative. I've been a long time New Order fan.

I do have a question I need help with......

several years ago I heard a re-mix of Bizarre Love Triangle on the radio. Every so often during the song there is a woman's voice that says something along the lines of "this keeps my heart pumping" which is repeated throughout the song. Has anyone heard this version and if so what is it called and where might I find it?

Whats the collective height of New Order in fathoms ?

Hello and welcome.

The knowledge blessed will be along soon, bit like buses really, none for a while then a couple at once, they will answer as they see fit .... fathom wise , they're unsure last answer was 27 ....might have been new live line-up :shrug: chin-chin

As a fathom is 1.8288m (6 foot 1 near as dammit), I'd say that with Gillian included the band is roughly 6.92m tall, Steve being 6'2" about, Hooky 5'7", Barney and Gillian both 5'8" (all rough guesses), so I'd say that the approximate collective height of New Order in fathoms is 3.73.

Think you'd better knock that down a notch. Barney and Hooky are only 5'6'ish. 5'7 at an absolute push (the Mrs is 5'7 and they're smaller than her, but then she usually wears heels). Gillian is 5'3 max, bloody tiny. Steve's maybe 5'11, the big fella in the band.

I can't be arsed with the math, as American cuzzins might say. Maths to you and I, obviously.

How big's Phil C? Again, 5'7 max I'd have said.
