Anyone know who does it. Its always impressed me ever since I saw them live. Do they use the same lighting designer?

The legend Andy Liddle!
(He also does the Chemical Brothers - stick his name into google and you'll find out more about him).
For some reason I still like the "traditional" still blue lightning they used upto about 1987. Its what they had when I first saw them.
Andy Liddle is a legend who's been around for years. Read the Siouxsie & The Banshees Biog last year and he gets name checked in there.
I've been impressed with his work as well when I saw the band in 1993 (aherm...). Very energic light show!

The lighting and CG show for The Chem's last tour was phenomenal. I can recommend buying their DVD and checking the live tracks at the Fuji Festival. You also get an interview with Bernard (looking worse for wear) and the Temptation/Star Guitar mix if you need more NO reason to purchase. But this has been discussed before.
