.. the line "now i feel you've left me standing" of True Faith at Reading 98, steve drops a drumstick but carries on drumming with one hand while he gets a new one. Fascinating.

Human drum machine, indeed.

I especially like it when he drops a drumstick during the start of Disorder at the Preston gig.
