? Whats wrong with the 40 seconds thats missing from the end... The extra 44 sec. tends to get a bit repetitive, I think. It has a better build-up, climax, and fall-away without the extra bit.

You are aware Geri is a woman, right? 
are not most of these studio versions (not counting the "live" video) just edits of the same track?
and they never remade, or (as far as i know) let anybody remix it, if you don't count the B side, which is sort of a remix by the engineer to some extent i believe, but they have left this song alone since.
and what about "the perfect pit"? i bet most would hate that if they ever heard it. they shoulda put it on Retro just to piss people off... but I liked that short little track back then...:)

Sign me up for the FAC321 version as well, as well as its edit! I always thought the Glastonbury '87 version of TPK was massive as well.

But I do agree. I've never been a massive fan of this song its one of those songs that has dated terribly. No amount of remixing could possibly bring this song up to date!
