THANKS TO A NEW CLEARER VERSION OF THE WESTERN WORKS DEMO THANKS TO A VERY KIND NOOLer I CAN ACTAULLY HERE THIS FANTASTIC LOST MASTERPIECE IM SHOCKED TO READ IT WAS ONLY PLAYED LIVE TWICE MAYBE THEY SHOULD RECORD IT FOR THER NEXT SINGLE?

well, truth is it was probably played live 7 times (ending at boston) but no-one knows for sure.

Not what I'd call a masterpiece, either. I quite liked it when I first heard it, but it is rather limited, and I think they did the right thing by binning it. They haven't binned many really over the years in terms of playing songs live and never recording them, though obviously they have stopped playing some songs from relatively early on.
