I'm not sure you can copyright a font and a layout, but it certainly looks "inspired" by a certain graphic artist we all know and love...

Which one? I can't remember since I don't listen to the band, but I recall that someone a while back posted a pic of an album (or single) cover that looked suspiciously like the Ceremony cover.
