I know this will probably mean that some of you won't come and see us play as a result of this, but I believe in being honest and getting things off my chest.
We had an accident at our latest rehearsal, one which could have major repercussions across the world of NOOL. I'm truly sorry to all NOOL members, but we accidentally played an impromptu instrumental of "A Forest". I'll post the MP3 as soon as I get back home. Please don't think too badly of us, it wasn't premeditated.
Since we're being honest, Flight used to warm up for gig's by playing Love by the Cult.
Oh and I stole Barney's pletcrum at Liverpool Olympia

Excellent,,i will definetly come to see you play now.Classic track and BTW anyone who plays anything by the CULT is BRILLIANT in my eyes,great group and i still would love to hear anything played by these TWO groups.
I presume the rehearsal went well, going by the whole 'pain/pleasure' theory?

"A forest" is an excellent track. I just watched it live on Show yesterday, and it was simply brilliant, but, ironically, robert started playing the beginning of "She's lost control" toward the end.
Thats fine mate-the only thing wrong with A Forest is Smiths voice over the top anyway! Although i DO recommend everyone check out the new acoustic mix which is included on the free CD that comes with Q Magazine this month,his vocal delivery is VERY Sumner style.

Don't be too hard on yourself Tim, i sound checked with 'A Forest' at our last gig at the Dublin Castle.

This week it was Peaches.....that Reilly has a weird sense of alternative basslines while we are EQing the keyboards ! You'll all be delighted to know that the tape had run out on both occasions though. You can hear top renditions of Atmosphere, Sound of Music, Wilderness and LWTUA if you like though...
Are we due for a Rehearsals 81, 83, 04 then? Preferably found in the dumpster in the back lot of your studio, fished out, and sold on Ebay for a tenner. :D
