Did anybody see the tv prog. last night on the history of house music ????? they stated in it that the Hac kicked started a revolution in britain !!!!!

(it also featured a very scary looking Shaun Ryder)

I missed the first 15 mins,hadn't calmed down from the Barca game(see sigature),what did I miss? saw Ryder what an anti drugs advert,just say no kids!

the whole house/acid house/techno in the uk started in the Hac on a wednesday night..... they also had a guy called gerald on - first time Voodoo Ray was ever played live was......in the Hac !!

I don't think we've met but when you said 'we' referring to your team I checked your profile, as I don't remember last season champions league results by heart to clarify who 'we' was,then had to search google, I should have just asked.

Not sure if this adds or subtracts from the confusion but it's a bit like someone from New Mexico supporting the Dallas cowboy's having moved to Florida, geographically at least,I think. Liverpool was much nearer from his starting point, at the birthplace of St.Michael.

By that, presumably, it meant lots of anxious midwives (dressed as barstaff) standing by as the club entrance transformed itself into a huge vagina, and, after an interminable wait freezing one's gonads off, two huge blood-caked soundsystems complete with DJs attached by the umbilicals, slopped out one after the other onto the cold wet Manchester pavement to the sounds of........unrapturous indifference, actually. There. I knew I could oblige......
