Mr Smedley dragged James Nice along to Client last night so me and the Gilester had a bit of a chinwag with him. Unfortunately, I can't remember much of what was said! Think he said the Revenge live thing was gonna be from 2 gigs, neither of which have been decided upon but one will be the initial Revenge line-up, and one will be from (in James's words) Revenge Mk II. Think a cover of Dreams Never End is defo gonna figure though. He also said the One True Passion v2.0 thing was the biggest seller on his label. Sound lad.

Oh yes, for one reason only - Sarah Blackwood! ![]()
Last night we were just sat watching her at the bar, dressed in her pencil skirt, huge red Vivienne Westwood heels and PVC gloves. Fit, and she knows it! Very pleasing on the eye!

Funny, got a text off the Hibster last night asking if me phone had a built-in camera!
Alas, no. :(

The appropriate web site is worth a perusal as well.![]()
Didn't she used to be in Dubstar? If so, wasn't she in the frame to do some vocals with The Other Two? Maybe I imagined both of these things...

Didn't know about the Other Two connection but, yes, she was in Dubstar.
You've never heard a bird so sexy as when she sings, "Fook off, don't touch me there!" ![]()
Yep, LSE on Monday. Think JG and IS are going though I'm not sure yet. Talking 'bout going down to Brighton to see them next Friday and making a night of it with Mr & Mrs Mickey Way coming too.
Originally posted by Johnny Giles Yeah, 19th July [next Monday] at LSE and then on the 23rd at Concrode 2, Brighton.
Just beat me to it!

I'll be up for the 19th as well, maybe last nite out in London before we move.
Client are supporting Black Strobe at Concorde 2. Black Strobe had a track 'Me and Madonna' last year which is very NO in sound. Got it on a compilation album of upcoming electronica bands. Very good.
Ended up hanging around for most of Andy Fletchers DJ set last night, must have been the Troy kicking in
although he did play one of the Here To Stay mixes, but far too much of his own stuff.

Sad because LTM has so much other good music and has been operating for the time it has - for an 'average' album release late last year to be the biggest seller is sad to know.
I'm personally somewhat ambivalent about the OTP 2.0 release, as I don't like some of the reediting that was done, even if there were loads of previously unreleased tracks. Not that we were missing much with them in the vaults, and I say that proud to admit I liked much of what Revenge did.
But, hey, better this than something duff to keep shine in the LTM coffers. Hooky is by all accounts a gentleman, and his choice of LTM proves it, unlike those tossers ACR that decided to let Soul Jazz wreck their back catalog (they mastered 'Kether Hot Knives' off Skipscada to CD off a record that skips...twice)
