Observer top 100 British albums

18 Closer 65 Power....

Now I know these lists are nothing but something for idle, bored/pissed hacks and I know opinions are like arseholes etc... but, as decent an album PCL was, I regard Technique as the more consistently listenable offering. Does Substance count as a studio album?

For the whole list, look on the observer website cos I can't be bothered to find it.

I put a posting up on this when the Top 100 was published came out, what 2 - 3 weeks ago (I can't be bothered to look either), pointing out that Peter Hook was one of the panel who chose the top 100.
