Could you use one of our flyers though please Al, as we need to shift 30 or so of ours to enable us to get another gig with Bugbear. Re: order are assured gigs with Bugbear already as they are so popular !

update - just mailed Will (Bernard) and he says it's defo still on.
Well they are defo on, we don't know yet about us. We've had no contact at all from the promoter, and we are not just turning up on the night unless we know what's going on. For a start, the MU strongly advise not to play without a contract.

I am hoping someone's gonn bootleg this night and send me a copy, then you's lot will know how the Order feel
the gig is definitely on for both parties. as has been confirmed. the promoter's don't have a (current) mailing address for digital. they have been notified about this, have been given your mobile number and will be getting in touch. if you need a contact number for them for urgent peace of mind and full certification that can be arranged. the lurker

You never know Don what is on the set-list, but you might have to come to the Camden Underworld show on the 10th Sept for Walked In Line. We have rehearsed it a lot though, that's all I'll say. Got to keep you guessing at this stage !

No idea what time we're on, or how long we are expected to play for. Guess we'll be doing about 45 minutes though, and re: order will be entertaining you with a compendium of greatest hits and good choons.

Detweiler, you make me wish i lived in the U.K.
It would be good to hear two takes on the same song from both acts, something like Transmission done in more melancholic JD style and then in Barneys more lighthearted New Order style, just a thought :)
You're right, it would sound good. Clap loudly and give us an encore, and you never know ! There are only two songs that would be appropriate for us to do that fell into that category, whereas re: order have a lot more choice. Wheels are turning.

Been on the Stella at lunchtime in anticipation!
Should be a cracking night out with two sets of NOOLers on stage (and a good percentage making up the audience).
Also good chance to wet the head of baby Smedley - Iain and Bunny became proud parents this week.
Hope it all goes well and a fine time is had by all. I'm still holding out for a similar double-header in Aberdeen, mind....
