...anyone know about this? I remember having a dodgy old tape with this on it, and it featured really old versions of Ceremony and some Movement stuff, and an otherwise unreleased song called Homage. Pre-dated the Gillian years, and Stephen was singing, which sounded quite odd.
Anyone got comments or further info?

I think Barney sang Homage, Steven sang Ceremony and Truth and Hooky belted Dreams Never End. It was recorded July 7, 1980. Gillian's live debut was 3 months later.
I downloaded from AudioGalaxy a track labeled as "Homage" by New Order, and that has to be the most bizarre thing I've ever heard. The sound quality is pretty bad, but it could well be Bernard singing - the weird thing is the rhythm, which sounds like an Elvis or rockabilly thing.. Is this the same Homage you're talking about?

Thanks for that info, Guys. Guess it probably is Barn on Homage - just sounds a bit high pitched to me.
