Hey, hey, HEY! Less of that, if you don't mind. I can't win, if I'm too nasty people are offended, so if I act nice, people think I'm a steaming great nonce. You bastards! :(

It's true, Spike, I will be a poor bastard come November. Right after giving my parents-in-law $600 when we arrive at their house, I then have to wait around while my work permit application is sorted, then, as soon as I do get a job, a large chunk of my wages has to go in the bank to put towards a car, some has to go towards paying board`n lodgings to my wife's mom & dad, & the rest will be spent on the usual things, food, clothes for my daughter etc etc etc.

Still, it'll be a hundred times better life than the one I've got now, that's for sure.

okie so the coffe and doughnuts are on me lol:evil4: but then u owe me

When I've been in my job for a fair while, bought a car, started some savings for me & the missus, started some savings for my daughter Emily, paid a ton of housekeeping to my mother-in-law, possibly even put down a deposit for a place of our own... THEN you can expect a donut & a small coffee. Until then, get yer hand in your pocket, boy... & not for that reason, either!

Originally posted by Spike What do you think will become of New order once the Joy Division movie hits, everyone will be poseing as like, say kids in high school tend to look at joy division, as a cool thing then. Cause people wont listin to Joy Division unless someone cools likes it, unlike me lol. so id say once a popular kid likes them its gonna spread and people are gonna start danceing and actin like Ian, and all that crap, and when i say i liked them first, no one will give a crap, you know what i mean lol:nonono:

wow. james joyce could've learned a thing or two from you, spike.;)

Well, I know DD's does a sausage, egg & cheese croissant that tastes like a slice of savoury heaven. After I've had that & a coffee or two I'll be even more thirsty than when I came in, so you'd better find a nearby 7-11 so I can purchase a refreshing Mountain Dew Big Gulp...

Can't a new immigrant scrounge some food & drink off someone without you putting 2+2 together & coming up with latent homosexual? What a mean-spirited world we now live in!

It was just the culmination of the things... you running from the UK, meeting up with some 16 year old you "met on the net"... sounds like the typical story :D

Hardly "typical" given that I've mentioned my wife & daughter about a million times, you big twat.

I actually think Spike would make a good friend for my brother-in-law Ray. They're both of a similar age, & seem to speak the same way (Granted, I haven't heard Spike talk, but I'm guessing he speaks how he types...). Ray's had a few problems of late, which I don't want to go into over the `net, thought having a mutual friend locally would cheer him up.

me speakin and the way i type are two different things entirely, and it would be cool to chill with ur uh....ur said brother in law or something, thats if he likes new order, or the 80's lol:evil4: and depends where he is lol:laugh:

No, he's not into NewOrder or the `80's, I doubt he even knows who NO are. Hopefully you could teach him about good music, get him weaned off that Eminem & 50 Cent crap. Doubt he'd take any notice of me if I tried tuning him into the delights of Factory Records, & besides, I don't own any NO records anymore anyway!

You bloody know where he is Spike, in Sussex County, same as he's always been. Use yer loaf, boy.

If your brother-in-law speaks the way Spike types, he must be using the "word" "lol" in each and every sentence. Lol. God save us all.

"LOL" has to be the most over-used, irritating "word" (if you can call it that) in the history of written language. Smacks of laziness, a lack of intelligence & no imagination. Sorry Spike, but seeing people use "LOL" when they haven't a clue what else to say/type has got right up my nostrils since I first went online in 2000...

So should everyone write "Laurence" instead? That'll cure it
