Anyone knows this excellent (!) tune from 1990 ? The Times have also done this hilarious french cover of Blue Monday (hilarious for me as i'm french 
).
Manchester is about Manchester (of course) and all its bands, i can hear Hooky and Tony Wilson mentioned amongst many others but as english is not my native language, it's quite hard for me to understand everything. Would anybody have the lyrics ?

Didn't the "George Best Mix" (or something like that) of "Manchester" also contain New Order samples - "Round & Round", "Blue Monday", etc, or is my memory fading fast??

It's not only in french, it's also been done in other languages I can't remember (German I think?)
The Times french version of Blue Monday, named "Lundi Bleu", is in my opinion the best cover of that song ever made.

That would be Blauer Montag. The only place I've seen that, is in the Blue Monday 95 film clip. It's in the bit that looks like a tv test pattern. Never heard a German version.
