March 2005 New Order - Untitled
The date may be a little later than what I had wanted, but hell at least there is an album of new material coming out. The date seems perfect for two singles to come out then NO could do some festival gigs (hopefully Coachella).
I can't wait to hear it.

Is that the one out in the Californian desert???? Fuck, I'll be on a plane to that one!!!!
How many singles before the album release? 1 or 2...
The first single should be out in the new year I reckon

I shall have vacations in March. Wherever they'll do gigs, I'll be there too. I just hope it's not Japan or somewhere as expensive.

Yes Coachella is the festival in the 100 degree desert east of Los Angeles. I heard Robert Smith melted this year.
Heres hoping for a gig somewhere in Ireland or the North. I'll go to Manchester if and only if its the closest gig, I hate that city with a vengence.
No gigs in northern Ireland! I specifically asked steve morris. Not wasted three years of my life there for no trace of a gig. ![]()
They will play Manchester possibly Move or the Appollo, I hope they don't play MEN as I find that venue to big and it won't be the same. I would love them to play at Accadmy 3 though, that is my favourite concert venue.
I doubt they play at Salford Universities untion (though they did in mid 80's).
Don't worry MOYB if you do have to come to Manchester I am sure we can arrange a mugging. I could get one of my Moss Side mates to arange somthing.;);)
Its MYOB, and I've been to Manchester. Countless times. Lived there once. Thats why I never want to pass within the M60 again.

I hope you're implying that NI and only NI is not first world, because the Republic most certainly is.
I thought that "serious" was going to be released at the end of this month on the Gwen Stefani album ![]()

I'm hoping they come to Dublin to the old SFX - so we can blame their crapness on the hall's sound - just like the old days!
I can't wait either...but I'm not gonna hold my breath on the single/album release dates though. NO is just too darn silly that way.
i seriously question the wisdom of holding on till march to release the new album. "WHY".
because unless security is very very tight on the tapes then it will be all over the net by january at the latest by my reckoning.
hands up all those who had get ready way before its official release.
i know that the band have to schedule gigs, promotion, video promos ect but surley to god that could or should have been done by now?.
anyway heres looking forward to the new album sooner than you think![]()
If the album is released in March and a tour is to follow it would be interesting to see if they do a 25th Anniversary special around the middle of May in memory so to speak.
I'd be very surprised if the new album is out before June/July next year purely on the basis that these target dates are always pretty wide of the mark. And they need to rehearse it for live shows. My predictions
Single June Album July Tour August
Bet I'm right.
If the album is out early 2005 it`s gonna be a busy time with new albums also coming out then from Doves ,Primal Scream and Lemon Jelly:)
