Ok,so you`ve got to put your case forward why you think NewOrder are one of the best groups of the past 20 years.
What you have do do is this: put together the best package you can,ie;
A side: Temptation. B side: Dont Do It. Sleeve: Blue Monday.
Obviously you can use any songs/any artwork.

A Side - TPK (12" Version) B Side1 - In A Lonely Place (Re-recorded) 2 - Run2
Outer Sleeve - A smaller version of Still, in a deep red hue with an eggshell silk ribbon binding.
Inner sleeve - True Faith outer.

A Side B Side Sleeve....True Faith 1963 and Leaf are hard to beat as a NO Package.

A-Side: Blue Monday 12" Version B-Side: Vanishing Point Sleeve: Brotherhood
I picked Blue Monday because of its relevance to music (not just new order) and it is the most recognized. I went with Vanishing Point because even though there are songs that I felt should have been made a single and are superior to Vanishing Point, this song was rejected as a single and replaced by a bad song in my opinion. I guess this would be poetic justice for a darn good tune. Neither of these songs are my favorite, but I think they both belong here.
I just like the Brotherhood artwork, its different than anything else I ever see.

In a proof of point that New Order invented nearly everything good about dance music, I would simply put out the following....
A. Temptaion ( original recording remixed, that's remixed as in, changing the settings on the mixer, not as in making a new track with bits of it. The plan being that temptaion is a pounding mo'fo' of a tune, a true dancefloor H-bomb. But it's always been held back by the original being mixed by clots at an unlikely hour and the subsequent versions, getting better in mixing but limper and limper in terms of the song.) B. Video 586 ( we'll just clean this up a bit).
Packaging.....mmmmmmm hard to say, just about any Saville design will look perfectly in place alongside the hip, cool and trendy stuff from all the club brand labels who nicked all the hacienda design stuff :) So I'm easy on a cover, but I think I'd like it done like "green" ceremony.
My choice would be True Faith / 1963 & the gold leaf but that's kinda been done about 17 years ago... so my alternate is:
A - TPK 12" B - Here to Stay 12" Sleeve - Technique
A Side: Temptation (87) B Side: Love Less Sleeve: True Faith (87, most beautiful sleeve in history)
