Did you ever go to the Hac in it's Heyday Allen? I've never seen anything on this forum thingy about nights at the Hac, which is a bit strange as I always expected it would mentioned quite a bit in reference to NO.

I lived in Mancland between July 1989, straight after leaving Uni, and early 1990, when my relationship with the then girlie broke up and I moved back Darn Sarf to warmer climes, so yes, I was in the right place, at the right time. Last time I even tried to get in there was the night before the Mondays gigs at G-Mex (March or April 1990) and the queue was ridiculous - 2hr wait and still got nowhere - so we made do with Pips instead.

i suggest you lot just go to the freaking place instead of desperately trying to find out what it is like. Hell, wish i was living right there , you'd have to carry me out each and every fucking night.

thanx, dutch jim :D You gotta handle this like you handle a book. You open it,read(and weep), turn the page and again and again. And maybe you like the book and maybe you don't. Either way you will find out what you wanted!! Does this make any sense ? It does to me! So go check irt out.

I used to go around '95-'96 when it was dying death. Stone Love on Tuesday nights were always a laugh though.
