I thought you meant that with the new albums, it is also then time for a new best off ie international. Ie bang on a couple of the new singles onto the new compilation. Hope not.

Going on past form, it will be 2006 before/if they tour here. IE aboout a year from now.

...which would tie in nicely with another Big Day Out appearance, hopefully - not a bad thing.

By the way, mmh - where in Melbourne are you settled?

It's a trick, mmh.

With cheek like that, ChargieBargie, you had best start saving for the pints you owe me. See you in a few weeks, you loon. CTB :bear:

I think it's about quite time that New Order returns to Australia.

As a matter of fact, I know I'm day-dreaming, but they should be planning a worldwide 40 concerts tour. :jump:

  • 15 dates in Europe (1 in London, 1 in Manchester, 1 in Glasgow, 1 in Ireland, 2 in Germany, 1 in Paris, 1 in Brussels, 1 in Amsterdam, 1 in Lisbon, 1 in Barcelona, 1 in Italy, 1 in Stockholm and 1 in Copenhagen).
  • 15 dates in the United States and Canada
  • 1 date in Argentina (in Almanso's backyard)
  • 2 dates in Brazil (in Julio's mailbox in Recife and in Rio)
  • 1 date in Mexico
  • 3 dates in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide)
  • 1 date in New Zealand (guess the city! )
  • 2 dates in Japan

But, as we all know, this will NEVER happen. :blackeye:

'Rumours' at JD Central suggest it'll be a US tour in April followed by UK in May and June. Surely not. Can't imagine the Order going to the states first, that's if they go at all. Unless of course they want to get it out of the way.

I'm in NYC and I'd love for New Order to come here but I'm not going to hold my breath...even if the drugs are cheap here :)

Way off-beam. One US date maybe? Two? No more I'd wager.

Perhaps that's why Krafty was so named?! Cos this year they'll mostly be taking the Kraftwerk approach towards touring America?! ;)

I'm leaning more towards the cheese slices...
