But the contents are substandard, IMhO. Starts off at pace, but then descends into a repetitive series of lists towards the end and I found myself just skipping pages.
5/10 could do better.
"BLT" in Trainspotting ??? Thought it was "Temptation"... that's were good research starts... 
My favourite JD/NO book is Pleasures and wayward distractions, but I think that's because every time I pick it up, it's a bit of a nostalgia trip. Great photos of JD set against Manc in winter.
But I agree, a definitive JD/NO book is well overdue.

Well, you've got Molly and his infamous 'Melonball', I believe it was called, though where he's got to these days, fcuk knows. He's disappeared from Luton boards at the moment too.. .
I'd love to write it from a gigs perspective, sort of Mark Johnson without the bullshit. Want to see what Molly comes up with first though.
