doesnt have to be 320 kbps, won't improve the quality of the stream anyway. 128 is more than enough, 96kbps may even be sufficient.

and will i buy the single/album? that's a ridiculous question, who the hell would be satisfied with broadcast-quality mp3?

I guess nobody would stick with a copy with somebody talking all over the end... but I'm not qualified to give an opinion about that!
If I ever get it (which I hope I will since I'm recording the french broadcast), I'll put a 30 secs clip online that's for sure... but as far as I know, that's the only "legal" thing....

If I were to encourage this (which I'm not!), I'd say you'd better put it in a p2p software and let the others get it, 38 mb via email is far too much.
And 38 mb, what is this? a WAV file? it can't be a mp3... otherwise you have recorded 30 mins of stuff...? if it's not a mp3, then compress it to mp3.
