...has anyone seen Bernard on TV at the "TOTP" award show ???
...to me it seemed that he felt quite uncomfortable presenting an award...maybe he only did it because the show happened in Manchester...

Marco - I think he must have had a couple of beers, they gave the award to Kylie - and after she done her speech and they were leaving the stage - Barney went upto the microphone and said "Thanks a lot Manchester" I don't think half of that audience knew who the fuck he was.
...well, usually drinks are for free at such events...to "survive" a show like this you HAVE to get drunk... :D
