Hi all I've been listening to WFTSC, and my bum-handed guitar technique has worked out a few suggested chords for the tracks, as possible starting points. I'm under no illusion that they are very accurate, but for what they're worth, some suggestions are as follows:
Who’s Joe? Intro chords: Bm–C#m-D-E Verses: Bm-A-E Chorus: Bm-D-A-E Bridge: F#-A-B
Hey now what you doing Em-D-Am-C *I'm sure there more to this, sounds like Phil has been listening to a lot of Marr stuff methinks!
WFTSC Verses: D/Dmaj7-G Chorus: Bm-A-G
Krafty *Pretty basic musically, the beauty is in the arrangement really. A straightforward D/G/A kinda thing, with a few suspended chords thrown in D-Dsus-G-Asus
Told you so *Bugger all guitar really, except for the "Venus in furs/New Day Rising" B-chord drone, and a few funk-rhythm stylings towards the end Verses: Bm-A Chrous: Bm-G-A-Bm
Morning night and day *Once again, I'm sure there's more to it than this, but this isn't a bad start. Incidentally, the synth bass at the start reminds me of the Jackson 5's "Can you feel it?"!! Verses: B-D-A-B Chorus: B-D-A-E
Dracula’s castle Verses: Em-C-Am-C-D Chorus: Am-D-Em-C
Jetstream lover *also probably wrong, but it's not much of a guitar track anyway. At the moment I'm not inclined to know more than G-A#-C
Guilt is a useless emotion *Basically a guitar-free song, I imagine the acoustic guitar bits are samples. Bm-G-A Chorus: Em/G-A-Bm
Turn *The whole thing appears to be tuned down a semitone, this sounds about right on a ‘normal’ guitar tuning, although it's a bit more complicated than it should be. I imagine down-tuning happened in the studio to accomodate Baney's vocal range Dm#-C#-B Lead in to chorus: F#-D#m-G#m-B Chrous: F#-C#-G#m-B
Working Overtime *The one-riff song; I can only be bothered with that one riff at the moment, and it's C-A# I think
