when I ordered it they said it's definitely containing extra tracks but it wasn't settled out which ones.

It might not contain an additional 'new' track,but might include something weve already got. Theres quite a few choices!

The Japanese can buy European imports cheaper than their own domestic pressings. Therefore the domestic pressings have to feature something extra to incentive them buy their own pressings.
