Not to be confused how I was back when I got this track via Napster in 2000.
The MP3 was labeled New Order feat. Pet Shop Boys - Getting Away With It 
As a sidenote, Neil Tennant recently revealed that the lyrics to this song were written from the perspective of Morrissey, who was having huge solo success at the time. I guess it was kind of an in-joke between Barney, Johnny and Neil and Chris.

It's a melting pot of many people, so saying New Order ft PSB would be lying to everybody.
The album on the other hand, it's different, but GAWI is a project with all the people listed above.
Neither Chris Lowe or Donald Johnson were involved. The drums were credited to David Palmer (ABC, The The).
Chris Lowe actually only worked on The Patience of a Saint.
I don't think he even contributed to Disappointed, since the music itself was written by Bernard and Johnny alone, before they invited Neil to sing on it.
By the way, I think I may still have somewhere a live version of Disappointed (bad recording) where Bernard sings on it. Cool, huh ?
