hahahah for all the yanks that have been watching the VH1 alternative speciail "hangin with new order" you must have laughed like a little school boy when the question came about the creation of blue monday....
the interviewer asked so blue monday, best selling single 12" of all time. "i heard that was an acccident or something"
haha and all hell broke loose, stephen started to explain what that accident was. and bernard and hook started to attack him LOL, apparently they accused him of deleting the "better" of blue on the drum machine and sequencers. and stephen defended the the newer version was better... and they literally went back and forth like little school boys saying, it was better... no it wasnt it.. yes it was.. no it wasnt... (or something like that) and the host had to step and say come on now boys boys.... classic bickering... i could sense through the rest of the program that stephen felt the heat and became quite fitful throughout the interview.... COULD THIS BE A sign that they are getting fed up with each other like in the republic days.... GOood television i got it all on tape

After all these years, plus the healing period (98-current), you would think Stephen would have a thick skin for Hooky and the Barnster by now...
