I take it you've been loyal and not listened to the promo MP3s floating
around 
Good for you, but I could never resist the
"Temptation" (lol crap pun I know) of getting the new material as early
as possible. The "I want your love" one is "Guilt Is A Useless
Emotion", a really
good track IMO and the most electronic, dancey sounding one on the
album (It's track 9) The "writing songs on your computer"
is "Hey Now What You Doing" which is track 2. Track 2 is said to
be very influenced by Phil, the guitar riff is quite catchy isn't
it? Good poppy guitar song and far superior to the similar but
inferior "Close Range" IMO.
I'm not going to bother registering not just because I've already got a promo copy, but because I also can't be arsed risking even more SPAM flooding into my email account, or more ad text messages on my phone :( Tell me, did you get the complete tracks or just previews of each? What quality of WMA is it? If they're giving away full length versions then fair play to Warners, otherwise they're being a bit mean with just 30 second or 1 minute crumbs.

I got the 5:08 promo mix, which starts with "Waiting for the Siren's Call" I believe since it's stated in the song. But then Barney also sings "And I don't know where to turn when you're gone", I thought it might be "Turn". Definitely has Krafty, Working Overtime, and Hey Now What You Doing. It's a mix of the songs and the quality through Windows Media is excellent.
Still holding out for the entire thing on the release date. Starting to get the shakes pretty bad!

They used that list to send you the "krafty" promo and stuff like that, it's not THAT bad actually.... NOOL sends more spam than this ;)

I haven't listened to this, but there's a bit in the album version of K that seems a deliberate echo of WFTSC.
I've given in and registered since it appears to be a unique album
megamix! I was originally a bit annoyed as it seemed from this
thread they were
only
offering it in WMA format (won't go on my iPod) but lo and behold
they're offering WMA and iTunes M4A format
(48khz/191kbps). Nice one Warners
Hopefully registering will enable us to some practical
benefits
rather than the sweet F.A. I've normally encountered for registering
with band lists in the past. Let's have some decent exclusive
offers a'la Electronic's Until The End Of Time fan only CD
single. Perhaps some sort of unique Guilt.. mix CD.
It sounds like quite a well done megamix, nothing too shoddy or obviously cut+pasted together. Since I've lived with the songs seperately now for at least a month it sounded a bit weird at first but thinking about it it's an excellent way of letting people get an idea of the whole album in one flowing file. Guilt... and Hey Now appear to be backed by a funked up remix of Krafty's beats in the background :) Sounds good so far. Recommended.

If you are on Broadband its worth a listen. Its 7.1Mb so dial-up would take 25 minutes(?).
The Krafty beat runs through & the movement from WFTSC to Krafty is seamless. They seem like two versions of the same idea to me. In which case I much prefer WFTSC (& I would have binned Krafty if I were them!).
Judging from this, Krafty still seems to be the weakest track.
(IMO obviously)

One thing though, I knew about this megamix for a while now, the funny thing is that I'm seriously starting to wonder if NOOL is going to have the incredible nod of being in the album credits...

Well, they did this only in the megamix, but yes it is..
Amazing mix, I love it!
I like how the tracks are mixed together, it's fantastic to hear their best moments in 5 minutes.
Only complain, of course, is Working Overtime, I'd have replaced it with the masterpiece of the album, I Told You So.

Well, you don't have to give your real e-mail addy away. download just works fine with any crap you fill in.

"Turn" may be one of the most often used words by Mr. Sumner. Guestimates say it's in about 2/3rd of their songs.
