Best NO - NO related single of last five years??

I think "WDYWFM" is even better known than "Crytsal": they played it everyday on R1 for months after it had exited the charts - a phenomenon whcih usually signifies a tracks "true" popularity.

Klumpy: I don't think Sandoval is "ex-"Mazzy Star just yet - there's rumoured to be a new LP out late next year. Do you have her solo record? Oh Lord! Along with the Order and Tindersticks, its my fave of the year. An aural lovelorn valium haze if ever there was one. Music to overdose to, and recommendations don't come any higher.

Theyve got a new one coming out in the new year which is of some interest to me as well. Hoping to hear them previe a lot of it when I see em on NYE. Have to admit to not being a huge fan of Dig your own hole - bar the excellent singles

'It doesn't matter' is a track I would have for was right up your street Seb, I'm not a big fan of there attempts at 'indie' I first saw them live in Cream, I think they played there at least twice that I can recall. From what I remember, could be a contender for one of my top 3 gigs, both of them, they were pretty good at Ally Pally NYE 1999 D.J.ing.

Martin, I think I heard they had split up... But I wouldn't bet on that one. Hope you're right... I'll have to check on miss Sandoval...
