Topic might have been done before but who gives a shit - its christmas ;)
mines got to be 1963.
Though because quite a few of their bsides are remixes of a sides and instrumentals, extend it out to side projects (being christmas and all that!!)
Electronic - All That I Need (bside to For You)
Procession was a b-side, wasn't it? Then it has my vote.
And I prefer 'I Feel Alright' to 'All That I Need', talking of Electronic's 'For You' b-sides - but both are very good songs IMO (could have replaced some poor tracks on the album)
'I Feel Alright' is good! tho i personaly prefer 'All That I Need' i agree though, i've often thought that some electronic b-sides could not only justify being album but even warrant an a-side single release in their own right!
Let's face it, we're limited by choice. Probs Don't Do it, with Lonesome Tonight a close 2nd. Procession/EGG was actually a double-A wasn't it, else either one would be well placed (EGG would probs be top, though that was given the A-side nod purely for the sake of Substance).
First time I heard 63 I just though, "Where's Hooky?". Cracking track when he's in place.

Besides those already mentioned, I like Murder and Second to None (it was an Electronic b-side)
I'm tossing my two bits worth in for 1963 also...
I don't know where Hooky was...but I do know that I thorougly enjoyed that song the first time I heard it, and I still love it when I hear it now....
puh...when i thought about that, i realized that there are too many favourite b-sides...they could almost fill an album...
of course "1963"...but also "Don't do it", "Behind Closed Doors", "Sabotage"...and last but not least "14K" by Revenge

Well, I am not a big fan of this song and I hate "Hurt"... Ahem. 
I'm also in the Lonesome Tonight camp, but I agree that Don't do it is also fab.
And Murder was NOT a b-side, despite the Substance tracklisting - it was an A-side for Factory Benelux, with Thieves Like Us Instrumental on the b-side. Sorry to be anal, but there you go.

Lonesome Tonigh is sure an awesome track, and it's a shame it's only a b-side.. as for 1963, I never liked it until the remix done by Arthur Baker who did a so good job that it's now one of my favorites..
And as I said in another topic, I think Player In The League is sure one good contender, if it ends out to be the 3rd B-Sides off Get Ready as expected.. maybe weak lyrics, but very good musically.

Agree 100% with your assessment of PITL, but I also really like Run this river dry - maybe even enough to be an album track.

Lonesome Tonight definitely; good to see though that a lot of people like Player in the Laugue as well!

Especially since TBTHOG was added on BM-88's CD single, but it was never on the 12" for a start.
Not a be-side at all, but a single on its own! Quite a good one, too.
And as when it comes to b-sides, my choices would be:

Was Procession officially a B side then ? Surely the Hamburg remix of Sloe Gin is better than all of the above AND In A Lonely Place ?

Don't Do It gets my vote. Actually the Technique era had some quality B sides with Best & Marsh and MTO as well though my second favourite would have to be Lonesome Tonight or Mesh.

I would probably go for Lonesome Tonight ahead of 1963 and MTO. I used to like In A Lonely Place, but hearing the version on the Heart and Soul box set just depressed me so much, it sounded evil, and I can't listen to it now without feeling really sad, and I don't like that in music.

That's cheating, picking both of the What Do You Want From Me B sides !!! Ultra is a top track, not so sure about Bicycle Thief though.
Bicycle Thief Ultra is all listed as one track on the UK issue of WDYWFM. It is on my copy anyway, so i wasn't sure which track is which. :D
As far as I am aware, the acoustic ramble thing is Bicycle Thief, and the disco thing is Ultra, for want of better phrases ! I'm sure somebody will enlighten us.
New Order - definitely 1963. I have to agree with Tony Wilson on this track, it should have been an A-side. I would have loved to have heard an extended version of this one.
electronic - its a close one, but my vote goes to Second to None.
Revenge - not much to choose from, but I'll go with Jesus...I Love You.
monaco - some good ones here, but I like Heaven 7.
Other Two - did they even have any b-sides other than Satisfied?
