This just in....Billy Corgan plans to sing on a track from EVERY Manchester band. Joy Division, New Order, the Smiths, and the Bee Gees have been first on the block, but his covers of Oasis, Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Durutti Column, A Certain Ratio, and Crispy Ambulance are impending.
