WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THE NEWORDER.CC WEBSITE

Although i appreciate the site having two wallpapers and six desktop icons, i think the site is very tardy. Whoever designed the site has no love for New Order.
Apparently New Order are huge in the Cocos Islands, which is where ".cc" domains are registered.
At least the site links to NOOL, so it does serve some purpose.
What bugs me is that this site has the annoying flash interface like newordergetready.com had, but has none of the interesting content neworderweb.com had!
So basically, this site is a 1 visit site only, hopefully people will see the links and end up here.
At least this time they didn't set some useless forums!

The Newordergetready site was much more inventive. It would be interesting if the band held we-design contest among their fans...that would truly reflect their love of the band...in a design and content perspective.

A good try. It's a promotional website, so nothing unique must be expected, just some information and a good visual art. It's like Brian Wilson's Smile website - you can listen to the samples, get info on an upcoming tour and where to buy the lp. 
By the way I enjoyed NewOrderRetro.com. Of course, it was fun and useful only before one bought the boxset.

It's nice that they've made it... while it lasts.
It looks & sounds pretty but it ain't NOOL.
It seems pretty standard; it definitely shouldn't be the official New Order website, but an album promo. Visually appealing but too many pictures; no real content.
It's not as bad as britneyspears.com
