Thousandth Post Spectacular!

Wow, I don't know what to say...I don't have anything prepared. This is so unexpected. (Takes notes from jacket pocket.)

I'd like to thank my wife, my agent, my DSL provider for making this possible ... many thanks to the webmasters for all their patience, hard work, and dedication to the band and to the site ... and much love to all the forum regulars (and irregulars, of which there are plenty).

I once made a list of my Top 10 albums of all time for this forum, and well, New Order wasn't on it. The band tries my loyalty now and then, and frankly -- Hooky looks like the late Queen Mum behind the decks in that photo of Shug's, God bless 'im. Older, but never old. Hook springs eternal. But I love this site because New Order fans are top quality all the way, even when the records falter. A special shout out to my virtual bandmates in the late, lamented Ice Cream Bandits.

You're all invited over for pizza and the Pixies show at the Rock Hall. And if you haven't already, drop by and snag a copy of my NO disco mashup. Your mum will love it.
