There is an official New Order iPod but how many exist or whether it's going to get a general release is unknown. There was a competition on the official German New Order site a month or two back that offered a prize goody bag including a Red WFTSC styled iPod with "No" on the back of it.
Dunno if I could get used to that red, but I definitely couldn't get used to 20gig as my regular white 40gig iPod is nearly full! ;)

I hate it! Why base an iPod on New Order's worst album? (it's not bad at all, but hardly that good) I prefer mine all the way! (and dude, the red-!)

I got excited about that ipod on the German site as well. However, according to Spotnick what it was was simply a regular ipod with a special orange sleeve that went around it... not a "proper" ipod along the lines of the U2 special edition.
Yeah, just a cover to go over an existing iPOD - they should still attempt to sell it, especially if they've gone to the trouble of making up a couple anyway! :)
BTW, what's the correct link of the original poster's webpage, the one stated doesn't work! :(

That wouldn't be a bad ipod if it looked like the album cover.
I don't think GR is their worst album. There may be a few "what were they thinking?" tracks on it, but overall, it is much stronger than Brotherhood - very disorganized - and Movement.

I asked, they said they would be getting it in 6 to 8 weeks, so we should have some news about them quite soon.
I've got a special 'Movement' ipod which makes all the tracks sound like they're recorded in a dustbin, then the batteries run out of energy about half way through.
