Thursday, April 28th :: Guest DJ PETER HOOK of NEW ORDER
This legendary man from JOY DIVISION and NEW ORDER comes to popscene for a special Guest DJ set, celebrating the release of New Order's latest album "Waiting for the Siren's Call". Cover charge is $8 for this event. Please arrive early as we expect to reach capacity.

Great set tonight...lots of NOOLers there...Peter walked in right behind us into the club and I got a chance to say hello...

We found about this through an ad in the local free paper SF Weekly. We only picked this up cos there was a photo of NO on the cover.
Anyways we had a good night, had a hangover this morning, Hooky played his usual stuff, Sarge went along to keep him company.
Didn't meet any NOOLers, but had a few beers with a WIMer !
Been to Alcatraz today, in full on tourist mode.
