I imagine US based fans of New Order will be interested in buying a US version of Jetstream if one is eventually released. Just a hunch 
but makes sense don't you think? As for what will be on it, who knows. A selection of the UK mixes with perhaps an extra one or two commissioned specifically for the US market.
Much like just about every other New Order related US Maxi-CD single has shown us over the years.
