Why does it make the electronic chart? What's the criteria there?

I see on the Music section that Get Ready charted at 41 on the Billboard 200. Did Get Ready debut at 41, or peak at 41 later on? Hard for me to imagine that with the added publicity that WFTSC would do worse than Get Ready?
