excellent find! does anyone know the date and location of this show?

It's 3 different shows. Tracks are taken from the Manchester Apollo gigs of 27th and 28th October 1979 and Eindhoven Effenaar on 18th January 1980.

The two first tracks (Decades & Dead Souls) are missing ?
