I know what it is now, there's a really sarcastic presenter on it, I hope he interviews the band, cos they'll end up stiffening him. This is a programme aimed mainly at teenagers / people in their early 20's:thumb:

Cheers Nic.

They were already on it for the Krafty release & yes they were suitably difficult:thumb:

(is it just me, or is there something 'interesting' about the girl presenter)

yeah the sracastic interviewer was talking to the Killers at some award show and he made some piss taking comment to the drummer along the lines of "youre just the drummer. were not interested in you .we just want to talk to the singer".the drummer you could see by his face took it quite seriously and personally.i find all members of that band uninteresting but that`s just me.

They won't get anything like that number of songs. 4 last time out was a lot for Later. Should imagine it'll be a couple of new album, plus something short and snappy like Transmission.

later will consist of the two frigging singles and 'an oldie' so don't get too excited.

bands don't really get much say so as to what they play on there (even if they cared enough to not play the singles)

:D :D :D :D

guess who has got a ticket for this .

Records next tuesday night (24th) , also appearing are MIA, Rufus Wrianwright , The Coral & someone else

Too true.

Not true. I think the only limitation is on time, no 30 min drum solo etc.

I think you'll find that the Later people will request that bands play recent singles and/or the blatantly obvious classic that they're known for.

I think they ought to have the same contractual clause that Mark E. Smith insisted on for their appearance. 'There will be no f*****g Jools Holland boogie woogie piano immediately before, during or after The Fall's performance.':D
