For anyone around town on Friday evening...

myself, Al Jarvis + Mrs, Mickey Way/Mr Disco & a couple more NO heads are meeting up for New Year large ones in the downstairs bar of The Marlborough Head on North Audley Street. 6pm onwards.

This is just off Oxford Street, between Bond St & Marble Arch tube stations.

All NOOLers are welcome, more the merrier etc.

Mr Spleen - I hope you have recovered from your flu to make an appearance, especially as you started this ball rolling. Apparently Morris Fan would like to shout you up a beer :laugh:

No actually it'll be my football manager's coat, complete with Worcester City FC badge on. Unmissable, like most of the fookin' chances we fritter away each week :)

Sorry chaps, it became beyond my control. I've got to interview 24 people for posts on Monday thru Wednesday, and need to sort through relevant questions for each one that are specific to the posts and the individual candidate. Bastard Personnel section were really late with the application forms, and I've had to bring them home in the end. I ended up working till 7.30pm and then had to bring a huge case full of confidential papers back with me, not really the sort of thing I could lug round with me on the piss. Hope you all had a good night.

Work is a 4 letter word TJ. Nevermind, we had a good night all the same, just a shame you couldn't make it.

Al was off work today, finally came down with some flu bug he's been fighting for a while, so didn't make it either.

There will be a next time, when hopefully yourself, Shug, Seb Briggs & others can make it.
