New Order - 'Jetstream' Warners
New Order's electronics sound tired, and well, more than a little bit sissy. Jetstream is an ode to air travel done a few too many years after the electroclashers penned their umpteen testaments to the joys of floating about the place in an illogical metal tube. It's all fairly predictable, late-New Order fodder and, criminally, Hooky's bassline seems to be hidden somewhere until right at the end. Stick with the hits, lads.
