Can anybody work out what names became what songs, and what the bit at the bottom right means?

"Heavy Oboe One" looks like "Times change" to me, because it has an oboe sound...

Chemical, Spooky, Regret stay as they are...

I bet "Gillians 12 String" is "Avalanche"...

So far my guesses... :shrug:
