Which weirdo came up with that conclusion? Must've been drinking!!! As for New Order's vintage - don't think they've hit their vintage yet - although 87's live performances are a joy to behold;)

nah, it cant be lowlife era..hooky and gillian had shorter hair than in the photo (didnt gillian have a bob?)..plus, looking at stevo theres definitely a hint of that late 80s dodgy side parting.

Mind yourself, Nigel...you're talking about the woman I love...swoon :love2: Don't make me come over there.

Aside from Mr. Hook's apparent studied recreation of Ms. Ringwald's :love2: aloof pose, bear in mind that New Order contributed a track (several actually) to the Pretty In Pink soundtrack. Perhaps they were being groomed for a sequel.

Plus, Mr. Bernard Michael-Hall has now formed a band and also plays guitar (don't bother checking out www.mp3.com/amh ...unless you want to throw him a couple of dollars for food).
