never heard of one, and can say reasonably positively that no such item existed during the factory era, therefor if this item is described as "original" or such, it is a definite fake. Of course there COULD be a picture promo for some of the later mixes, but I will leave that to the more accomplished NO discographers here gathered.

It could be a nice item, but don't go paying crazy money for it. Probably a boot. Don't pay more than say $15, but only if you really want it.

a picture of what? the floppy disc sleeve picture on the vinyl, this sounds pretty stupid. or maybe the 1988 version cover, that would at least make mild sense... still a pointless bootleg it sounds
