"Blue Monday" Vinyl Single Oops

Hey Everyone,

My Brother just bought the "Blue Monday" sinlge from a used record store. It's an original pressing (1983 Fac 73).

When I put it on my turntable, I put it on side A to listen to "Blue Monday" but "The Beach" came on. So I flipped it to side B and "Blue Monday" came on insted of "The Beach"

I don't know if all the singles are like this or if this is a pressing mistake. I tried looking for this problem on many websites but nothing came up.

If you know anything about this then please email me.

I've got two copies that have the labels on the wrong sides - fairly common, I think.

I believe the reversed labels one is the 2nd pressing run, a very large run. My mate had an older pressing, and the labels were the right way round, but BM started differently...

instead of Da Da d d d d d d d d d it starts without the initial 2 beats...straight into the roll.

I think yours should say "I said where's murder" on the run out groove.
