Hi, here is my ultimate New Order collection for my IPOD. It reminded me of the 8os when I use to love making C90 casettes. Spent last night compiling my ultimate NO list, Anybody else as sad as me, or done similar? Heres my list

i've got 7 gigs of New Order (and related) music on my iPod...every ablum track, b-side, rare versions, remixes, live gigs (soundboard only), side projects etc.

i often put on my New Order and Related playlist and let it go for hours.

in addition to the huge playlist, i have the songs split into several other playlists like: 80-83, 2001-2005 Best of, Peel Sessions and most albums have playlists that include non-album tracks and my fav. remixes from that era. i love my Dead Gay iPod.

My iPod only has mostly NO and JD on it, studio, live, bootlegs, the lot. The playlist is this right now:

WFTSC Regret Player in The League World (Perfecto) This Time Of Night Here To Stay Primitive Notion Sub-Culture Leave Me Alone Temptation 98 Lonesome Tonight Turn My Way BLT (album) Round & Round 12" Turn Dream Attack Procession Kiss of Death Vanishing Point YSF TBTHOG Ceremony 7"

Guess I'm sad too then :thumb:

Its a sodding iPod, you don't need to leave ANYTHING out - you've got 5 to 60 GB to play with.

Now, my 64MB JazPiper; I -have- to cut it down to a collection, and heavily compressed at that. The iPod would use 64MB just for track information and playlists :nonono:

I have mostly (sadly) New Order on my iPod, but that's because that's all I had on my hard drive when I got my iPod back from repairshop...

I also have Arcade Fire, Franz Ferdinand, Moby and a few others... Community is on there too !

try packing the entire discography, plus vinyl only tracks in your backpack for a day trip...not so easy..unless it's on an iPod!

Get with the times man...

ps. just got a shuffle to go along with my 3rd gen 40g iPod. the shuffle is damn light but i'm not sure how much i like it just yet. 3 song to play on the shuffle..FINE LINE!

I got my iPod today. I personally think the "best of" tracklisting is great. So what I have done is followed that, but instead of taking it all from the best of album, i've used the orginal tracks from else where. True faith from substance, Bizarre Love Triangle 7'. Also using the Salvation TBTHOG. But all in the same order as the best of, I got rid of a few I didn't like also. I'll have to make a new one soon.
